Job Overview.

Job Description.

• Data mining and analysis for various initiatives  
  
• Descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analysis to show market and business revenue trends to both internal and external stakeholders
  
• Use business intelligence tools (PostgreSQL & Power-Bi) to predict and prescribe the best outcomes of business initiatives and goals
  
• Write queries and transform data into reports for use across the organization
  
• Financial analysis to predict impact on /risk to service revenue
  
• Data profiling for specified markets using historic data records and company approved criteria
  
• Analyze big data sets to make critical decisions to help solve organizational problems, lower risks and increase revenue
  
• Prepare statistical dashboards on Microsoft Excel
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or related field. Master's degree in related field will be an added advantage 3-5 years of solid experience in data analytics/ business intelligence.
  
• Experience in the Telco/Fintech industry is a plus Good and practical understanding of SQL  
  
• Good knowledge of Database management systems (DBMS)
  
• Internationally recognized analytics certification will be an added advantage
  
• Understanding of Linux/Unix systems  
  
• Must be able to use visualization tools like – Power-bi, Power Point, Tableau etc
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize.
  
• Experience integrating new software and programs to data services
